Attention Piranhas!

Our next meet is tomorrow (Sat 6/9) at Homestead North Pool, 6767 E Easter Ave. Centennial, CO 80112.

Here is important information for meet day:

• Coach JJ would like all swimmers to arrive by 7:00 AM. Piranhas will be in the pool for warm up at 7:10. Please allow time for parking or drop off.
• Upon arrival you must "check in" at the Piranhas' tent. Any declared swimmers not checked in by 7:20 AM will be scratched from the meet.
• If you are running late, you may text Parent Rep Dusty (303-396-7406) by 7:15 AM to check in.
• Only those swimmer entries who declared (by the Wednesday deadline) are entered in the meet. Therefore, the only changes to the meet program on Saturday should be scratches, substitutions or heat combinations.
• The host team will post real-time results at the meet and on the Meet Mobile app.
• Should you have meet questions or concerns which require assistance before or during the meet on Saturday, please find/approach one of our terrific parent reps (Dusty Fitzgerald or Danielle Nairns), not the coaching staff or other meet officials. The parent reps will assist you with any questions or concerns.

Parking Tips (from host):

If you enter the neighborhood on Costilla Ave. and take a right onto Costilla Circle, this is a great place to park. There is a path at the top of the street that takes you to our pool. Additionally, if you continue west on Easter past our pool and take a right on Homestead Pkwy, then your first right, this street has a path about 1 block down that will take you directly to the west side of the pool. Your team will be located outside the pool just to the west. There is a gate for easy entrance onto the pool deck.

Here is the pre-meet timeline:

• 6:40 - 7:10 - Homestead swimmers warm up (then exit pool for team photo)
• 7:10- 7:45 - Preserve swimmers warm up (while Homestead taking team photo)
• 7:30 - Scratch meeting 
• 7:45 - Stroke Judge and Timers Meeting
• 8:00 - The meet begins

Attached please find a copy of tomorrow’s meet program (schedule of events with heat and lane assignments). Those events outlined in red will be combined. Also attached is a list of entries by swimmer.  Please print your own copy of the attached documents for the meet.

We always suggest warm clothes, extra towels and lots of sunscreen and water for your swimmers. The grand Piranhas tent will be set up as always to provide shade for our swimmers. Food & drinks will be available for sale at the meet.
