Consider joining our coaching staff this summer! Spend your summer at the pool with a great team of coaches and swimmers. We are looking for several excellent candidates to help deliver a fun, safe and winning program to our swimmers.
Ideal candidates are:
- At least 14 years old
- Knowledgeable in and excited about swimming
- Reliable, dedicated and enthusiastic
- Able to work in a team environment and communicate well with others, including co-workers, swimmers and parents

RMSL League Requirements
RMSL team coaches must complete the following prior to the start of the season (applies to head & assistant coaches; junior coaches are exempt):
- SafeSport training
- CPR/First Aid training
- Concussion training (per state law)
- Code of Conduct to be read, signed and reviewed with a team parent rep, recognizing the importance of maintaining the spirit of the league as a representative of the league.
Completion certificates for the above should be kept on file by all teams.
