Attention Piranhas!

Our next meet is tomorrow (Saturday 6/16) at Forest Park Pool, 7650 Fillmore Way, Centennial CO 80122.

Here is important information for meet day:

• Coach JJ would like all swimmers to arrive by 7:00 AM. Please allow time for parking or drop off.
• Upon arrival you must "check in" at the Piranhas' tent. 
• Any declared swimmers not checked in by 7:10 AM will be scratched from the meet.
• If you are running late, you may text Parent Rep Dusty (303-396-7406) by 7:05 AM to check in.
• Piranhas will be in the pool for warm up at 7:15 AM. 
• Only those swimmer entries who declared (by the Wednesday deadline) are entered in the meet. Therefore, the only changes to the meet program on Saturday should be scratches, substitutions or heat combinations.
• The host team will post real-time results at the meet.
• Should you have meet questions or concerns which require assistance before or during the meet on Saturday, please find/approach one of our terrific parent reps (Dusty Fitzgerald or Danielle Nairns), not the coaching staff or other meet officials. The parent reps will assist you with any questions or concerns.

Parking/facility tips from the host team:

• Please park respectfully on the streets around the pool. 
• The Preserve will be able to setup in the big grassy area north of the pool behind heating. All pool access is via the main entrance to the south of the pool.

Here is the pre-meet timeline:

• 7:00 - Piranhas arrive
• 7:10 - Last call for Piranhas check-in
• 7:15-7:45 - Piranhas warm-up
• 7:20 - Scratch meeting
• 7:35 - Stroke and Turn Meeting
• 7:45 - Timers Meeting
• 7:50 - Begin heating for relays
• 7:55 - National Anthem
• 8:00 - Meet begins

Attached please find a copy of tomorrow’s meet program (schedule of events with heat and lane assignments). Those events outlined in red will be combined. Also attached is a list of entries by swimmer. Please print your own copy of the attached documents for the meet.

We always suggest warm clothes, extra towels and lots of sunscreen and water for your swimmers. The grand Piranhas tent will be set up as always to provide shade for our swimmers. Food & drinks will be available for sale at the meet.
