Our next meet is Saturday, June 8th at the Preserve pool. This will be a dual meet against the Hunters Hill Hawks. As we are the host team, our swimmers will warm up first.

Here is important information for meet day:

• Coach JJ would like all swimmers to arrive by 6:45 AM. Please allow time for parking or drop off.
• Upon arrival, swimmers (and volunteers) must "check in" at our team table.
• Piranhas will be in the pool for warm up at 6:55 AM.
• If you are running late, you may text Parent Rep Lindsey or Parent Rep Nicole (see contact numbers below) by 7:10 AM to check in.
• Any declared swimmers not checked in by 7:15 AM will be scratched from the meet.
• Only those swimmers who declared (by the Wednesday deadline) are entered in the meet; therefore, the only changes to the meet program on Saturday should be scratches, substitutions or heat combinations.
• Please arrive early for volunteer shifts; Stroke Judges and Timers- please see meeting timeline below.
• Real-time results will be posted at the meet. Note that event results are not final (including on Meet Mobile, if applicable) until posted by the host team.
• Concessions will be available for sale at the meet.
• Please maintain and leave a clean tent/seating area.
• We always suggest warm clothes, extra towels and lots of sunscreen and water for your swimmers. The red Piranhas tent will be set up as always to provide shade for our swimmers. 
• Should you have meet questions or concerns which require assistance during the meet, please find/approach one of our terrific parent reps (see contact info below), not the coaching staff or other meet officials. The parent reps will assist you with any questions or concerns. If you have reason to dispute a race result, you must inform one of our parent reps immediately; the parent rep will then communicate the protest to the meet referee.

Here is our meet timeline:

• 6:45 Preserve swimmers arrive & check in
• 6:55-7:20 Preserve swimmers in water for warmup
• 7:20-7:45 Hunters Hill swimmers in water for warmup
• 7:25 Scratch meeting, at the picnic table (upstairs, under small gazebo) to the left of the main pool entrance.
• 7:40 Stroke Judge meeting & Timers meeting, on south deck between guard shack and starter’s table (we ask that timers and stroke judges for all shifts come to the morning meeting to make transitions easier during shift changes).
• 7:50 Relay heating begins
• 7:55 National Anthem
• 8:00 Meet begins!

Attached please find a copy of the meet program (schedule of events with heat and lane assignments); events outlined in red will be combined. Also attached is a list of entries by swimmer. Please print your own copy of the attached documents to bring to the meet.
