Attention Piranhas!

Our next meet is tomorrow, Saturday June 22nd at Willow Creek 2 Pool. We'll be competing against the Willow Creek Wahoos. This will be a dual meet and will likely finish around 12:30 pm. 

Here is important information for meet day:

• Coach JJ would like all swimmers to arrive by 7:05 AM. Please allow time for parking or drop off.
• The pool location is 8500 E. Mineral Drive, Centennial, CO, 80112.  You may park in the parking lot or on the street along Mineral Drive.
• Upon arrival, swimmers (and volunteers) must "check in" at our table next to the red Piranhas tent.
• Piranhas will be in the pool for warm up at 7:15 AM.
• If you are running late, you may text Parent Rep Lindsey (see contact number below) by 7:15 AM to check in.
• Any declared swimmers not checked in by 7:15 AM will be scratched from the meet.
• Only those swimmers who declared (by the Wednesday deadline) are entered in the meet; therefore, the only changes to the meet program on Saturday should be scratches, substitutions or heat combinations.
• Please arrive early for volunteer shifts.
  • Stroke Judges and Timers- please see meet timeline below.
• Real-time results will be posted at the meet and on the Meet Mobile app. Note that event results posted on Meet Mobile may be preliminary and subject to change.
• Food & drinks will be available for sale at the meet.
• As we will be guests at the host pool, please maintain and leave a clean tent/seating area.
• The current weather forecast shows cool temperatures for tomorrow morning, so PLEASE dress your kids in warm clothes and/or robes, with extra towels/blankets, and bring lots of sunscreen and water. 
• The red Piranhas tent will be set up as always to provide shade for our swimmers. Feel free to set up your own chairs and small shade tents near the Piranhas tent..
• Should you have meet questions or concerns which require assistance before or during the meet, please find/approach one of our terrific parent reps (see contact info below), not the coaching staff or other meet officials. The parent reps will assist you with any questions or concerns.

• 7:05 Preserve swimmers arrive & check in
• 7:15 Preserve swimmers in water for warm up
• 7:25 Scratch meeting (at meet managers tent on the pool deck next to clubhouse)
• 7:35 Timer Meeting (at starter ref tent across pool from clubhouse)
• 7:40 Stroke Judge meeting (at starter ref tent across pool from clubhouse; per RMSL, stroke judges for all shifts must attend this meeting)
• 7:50 Relay heating begins
• 7:56 Opening Ceremony
• 8:00 Meet begins!

Attached please find a copy of the meet program (schedule of events with heat and lane assignments); events outlined in red will be combined. Also attached is a list of entries by swimmer. Please print your own copy of the attached documents to bring to the meet.
