Attention Piranhas!

The league Championship Finals Meet (for all swimmers who qualified in Prelims) is tomorrow, Saturday July 13th at Stonegate Village Pool. 

Here is important information for meet day:

• Swimmers must be checked in by 6:45 AM.  If you are running late, you may text Coach JJ (720-215-8276) by 6:45 AM to check in. Any entered swimmers not checked in by 6:45 AM will be scratched from the meet.
• Piranhas will be in the pool for warm up at 7:10 AM.
• The pool location is 10326 Stonegate Pkwy, Parker CO 80134. Please be respectful of neighbor properties when parking on surrounding streets.
• Upon arrival, swimmers (and volunteers) must "check in" at our table next to the red Piranhas tent.
• This meet is expected to finish at 3:00 pm.

Meet timeline:

• 6:45 - Preserve swimmers must be checked in by this time
• 7:00 - Scratch meeting
• 7:10 - Preserve swimmers in water for warm up in pool #2 (6-lane pool)
• 7:25 - Coaches Meeting with Starter/Referee
• 7:35 - Stroke Judge meeting with Starter/Referee
• 7:45 - Timers' meeting with Starter/Referee
• 7:50 - Additional warm up session (dives only, 5 minutes, in main pool)
• 8:00 - Meet begins!

Meet documents:

• Attached please find a copy of the meet program, schedule/timeline and general information/venue map sheets. Please print your own copy of the attached documents to bring to the meet, if desired.

General:

• Only those swimmers who declared by the prelims deadline are entered in the meet.
• Please arrive early for volunteer shifts. Stroke Judges and Timers- please see meet timeline above.
• Real-time results will be posted at the meet and on the Meet Mobile app. Note that results posted on the Meet Mobile app may be preliminary and subject to change.
• Food & drinks will be available for sale at the meet.
• We always suggest warm clothes, extra towels and lots of sunscreen and water for your swimmers. The red Piranhas tent will be set up as always to provide shade for our swimmers. Feel free to set up your own chairs and small shade tents near the Piranhas tent.
• As we will be guests at the host pool, please maintain and leave a clean tent/seating area.
• Should you have meet questions or concerns which require assistance before or during the meet, please find/approach one of our terrific parent/board reps or assistant/junior coaches, not the head coach or any meet officials.
