With practice starting this week, that means the meets are fast approaching.

We are trying to finalize all of the volunteer roles and sign up for 6 meets this year - Intersquad plus 5 competitive meets. Unfortunately, we had to eliminate a couple of roles (floater and false start jumper) in order to fill the critical roles to any meet (heating and timing).

I have reassigned as many people as possible based on the same day and time but could not accommodate everyone.  Our biggest need is the away meet on June 11th - we have 10 open heating and timing slots for this meet alone!  

I have consolidated the volunteer schedule (see attached).  For those that need to reselect, please email me directly with the role, shift and meet you would like to fill ([email protected], subject needs to include Piranhas Volunteer) and I will adjust accordingly (first come, first serve).  

For those with positions and roles assigned, these are yours.  If you cannot fulfill your scheduled volunteer slot, YOU have to find a replacement and let me know the change.  I will send a reminder email to all volunteers on Sunday/Monday the week prior to the meet (expect the InterSquad meet which is next Wednesday, June 1st).
