Hello Piranhas Families!

Here are a few informational items for the week:

• Great meet last Saturday!  Swimmers can pick up any earned ribbons at practice this week.
• Morning practices have started. See the age group schedule here. 
• Junior Piranhas sessions have also started (Mon-Thurs through 6/30).
• Stroke Clinics every Tues through 6/30: Our first stroke clinic is tomorrow (Tues 6/7), 4:30p-5:30p at the Preserve pool.  All Piranhas age groups welcome.  These clinics are provided at no additional charge to Piranhas swimmers and are a great opportunity to work on stroke mechanics.  No RSVP needed. 
• Next meet this Sat 6/11:  This is a tri meet (three teams; three volunteer shifts; will last longer than regular dual meet) against Cherry Creek Vista and Sundance Hills.  Due to construction issues at the SH pool, this meet will be held at the Cherry Creek High School pool.  More details coming this week. 
  • Swimmers must declare/enter in Swimmingly Clubhouse by 12p Wed for 6/11 meet.
• Meet scratches:  Reminder that last-minute meet scratches are consequential to relays(!).  If you must scratch a swimmer, please be sure to inform Coach Joy as early as possible.
• Reminder that, during swim meets, Piranhas swimmers should generally stay within the area of our red team tent, to reduce the chaos of having to track them down for heating; the Piranhas tent is the fun place to be anyway! [or stay together in designated area if no tent indoors for 6/11 meet at Creek]
• Please note the Preserve pool is not staffed with lifeguards until 11:00a on practice days, thus swimmers are not allowed in the pool (outside of their team practice) until that time.
