The big tri-team swim meet at Cherry Creek High School is this Saturday. We have made some adjustments to the volunteer schedule based on the final needs for the meet. Good news, we need fewer people than expected. So if you don't see your name, you are off the hook (for now) but I might need to call on you if something comes up. I have already picked several of you with the "Floater" role.  

Please let me know ASAP if you cannot fill your role. As a reminder, if you cannot fill the role, you need to find a replacement but I will try to help as best I can. Here are the assignements

Meet Logistics – need to be at the pool by 6:45am

Timers – All timers, regardless of shift, need to be at the pool for 7:30am meet meeting

Shift 1 (8am to 10am): Emily Haemer and Carly Schlissberg

Shift 2 (10am to 12pm): Kaylee Larsen and Hayley Servatius

Shift 3 (12pm to 2pm): Vamsi Yadlapati, Chris Stees and Mike Brennan
