Hello Piranhas Families!

Here is final information for our meet tomorrow, Sat 6/11 @CCHS: 

This will be a tri meet (three teams; three volunteer shifts; will last longer than regular dual meet) against Cherry Creek Vista and Sundance Hills. Due to construction issues at the SH pool, this meet will be held at the Cherry Creek High School pool.

Meet timeline:

• 6:45-7:00 Sundance swimmers warm up
• 7:00-7:15 Preserve swimmers warm up (must check in at red tent by 7:15 to avoid scratch!)
• 7:15-7:30 CCV swimmers warm up
• 7:30 Scratch meeting (behind the diving blocks)
• 7:40 Stroke Judge meeting
• 7:45 Timer meeting by the diving board
• 7:50 Heating begins for events 1-11
• 7:58 National Anthem
• 8:00 Meet begins!

  • Venue map for the location of our red Piranhas tent (south side of campus; next to Stutler Bowl; outside in front of main pool entrance). Swimmers should generally stay within the area of the team tent throughout the meet.
• Feel free to bring your own chairs for outdoor seating.
• Concessions: Cash and check only!.
• Real time meet results will be available via SwimminglyFan app.
• Meet scratches: Reminder that last-minute meet scratches are consequential to relays(!). If you must scratch a swimmer, please be sure to inform Coach Joy as early as possible.

• Remember to declare/enter in Swimmingly Clubhouse by 12p Wed for Sat 6/18 meet.
