Hello Piranhas Families!

Here is information for our dual meet, Sat 6/18 against the Knolls Tsunami at the Knolls Pool (not to be confused with the Cherry Knolls pool!):

• 6:30 Pool Opens
• 6:45 The Knolls swimmers warm up
• 7:15 Preserve Piranhas Warm Up (Piranhas must be checked in by 7:15 to avoid scratch!)
• 7:20 Scratch Meeting (in the clubhouse or on side of the pool)
• 7:40 Stroke Judge and timer Meeting (by the starting blocks) ALL STROKE JUDGES AND TIMERS MUST ATTEND!
• 7:55 National Anthem (All other Volunteers in Place)
• 8:00 Meet Begins!

• Tents may be set-up on the northwest corner of the pool, outside the fence (please help with tent clean-up at the conclusion of the meet).
• Concessions will be available.
• Real time meet results will be available via SwimminglyFan app.
• Meet scratches: Reminder that last-minute meet scratches are consequential to relays(!). If you must scratch a swimmer, please be sure to inform Coach Joy as early as possible.

Looking ahead to next week,

• Stroke Clinic, Tues 4:30-5:30p at the Preserve pool.
• Remember to declare/enter in Swimmingly Clubhouse by 12p Wed for Sat 6/25 meet.
• Pancakes & Pictures Day, Fri 6/24 (8am @ the Preserve pool). Please be punctual at 8am for team pictures.
