Hello Piranhas Families!

Here is information for our dual meet, Sat 6/25 at Willow Creek 2 Pool (8500 E Mineral Drive. Centennial, CO 80112).  It will be much cooler tomorrow (60 degrees), so please pack extra towels and warm clothes.  

Meet Timeline:

• 6:15am:  Pool Opens
• 6:45-7:15am:  Willow Creek 2  swimmers warm up
• 7:15 - 7:45am:  Preserve Piranhas Warm Up (Piranhas must be checked in by 7:00 to avoid scratch!)
• 7:20am:  Timers and Judges set up phones by starter tent
• 7:30am:  Scratch meeting for Head Coach and Parent Reps
• 7:40am:  Stroke Judge meeting by the starter tent
• 7:45am:  Timer meeting by the lanes
• 7:50am:  Heating begins for events 1-11
• 7:58am:  National Anthem (All other Volunteers in Place)
• 8:00 Meet Begins!

• Please make sure your swimmer checks in at the check in table and gets swimmer number on arm (parents write events on arm for swimmer tonight -see attached lineup).
• Concessions will be available and they take cash and card. 
• Real time meet results will be available via SwimminglyFan app.
• Meet scratches: Reminder that last-minute meet scratches are consequential to relays(!). If you must scratch a swimmer, please be sure to inform Coach Joy as early as possible.

• Heat Sheet (we realize that the swimmer times are not correct and they are not what we entered to Willow Creek - if they can fix it, they will, but if not, we will just swim in whatever heat or lane.

Looking ahead to next week,

• Stroke clinic Tuesday 6/28 -430-530pm
• Last practice day for our JP Swimmers is 6/30! 
• No practice on Friday, July 1st
• Remember to declare/enter in Swimmingly Clubhouse by 12p Wed for our last home meet on Saturday, 7/9!  
• Save the date for a prelim party celebration at the Preserve pool on Sunday, July 10th 5-7pm!  Our end of the season swim banquet will be Sunday, July 17th.  More details coming soon!
