Hello Piranhas Families!

Here are a few important news items for this week:

No practice Fri 7/1 or Mon 7/4. Have a great 4th!

Prelims entries: For those new to summer-league swimming, "prelims" refers to a series of four league-wide (all teams present) qualifying meets, by age group, where the top 16 swimmers in each event (with two additional alternates) advance to the Championship Finals meet on Sat 7/16.  These meets are big and fun!

Please declare/enter your swimmer(s) as soon as possible for their respective prelim meet. DEADLINE FOR PRELIMS ENTRIES IS TUES 7/5 AT 12:00PM. LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR PRELIMS (per league rule).

Please note that you must go under the correct age group prelim meet in Swimmingly Clubhouse to enter your swimmer. Also note that the events are the same as in the regular season dual meets but are numbered differently in the prelims. The events will be back to the normal numbering order at finals. Again, prelim entries will be open until Tuesday, July 5th at 12pm. Here are Swimmingly Clubhouse instructions, just in case you are having any problems. See prelims meet schedule below. Note that all Piranhas swimmers are eligible to enter prelims (the normal two-meet regular season rule to enter prelims has been waived this year).

Last regular-season meet: Please declare/enter your swimmer(s) as soon as possible for our last regular/dual meet, Sat 7/9, against Hunters Hill at the Preserve pool. DEADLINE FOR 7/9 meet entries is Wed 7/6 at 12:00pm.

• Mon 7/11: 13-18 Prelim, (HFII) Homestead Farm II Pool, 7675 S Krameria St, Centennial, CO 80112. Meet start 8am, warmup details TBA.
• Tues 7/12: 8&U Prelim, (HG) Heritage Greens Pool, 4814 E Links Cir, Centennial, CO 80122. Meet start 8am, warmup details TBA.
• Wed 7/13, 9-10 Prelim, (HOM) Homestead Pool, 6767 E Easter Ave, Centennial, CO 80112
• Thurs 7/14, 11-12 Prelim, (HG) Heritage Greens Pool, 4814 E Links Cir, Centennial, CO 80122. Meet start 8am, warmup details TBA.
• Sat 7/16, Championship Finals, (SG) Stonegate Pool, 10326 Stonegate Pkwy, Parker, CO 80134. Meet start 8am, warmup details TBA.

More specific information about each prelim meet (venue maps, warmup times, heat sheets, etc.) will be distributed closer to prelims week.
