The final regular season meet is around the corner (Saturday, July 9^th...ie 4-days from today) and we are at HOME. Here is the volunteer schedule for the meet. 

Several folks signed up for positions that have been eliminated (Floater and False Start Jumper) and have be reassigned within the meet. Please let me know ASAP if you cannot fill your role. As a reminder, if you cannot fill the role, you need to find a replacement but I will try to help as best I can.

Meet Logistics

Setup: Brett and Kelly Buresh (please be at the Preserve Pool by 7:45pm on Friday, July 8th)

Tear Down: David Case and Dave Wuchner (will start at the end of the meet (~12pm))

Check-In Assistant (6:45am to 7:45am): Melanie Bondarewicz and Joanie Thompson -

Announcer / Clerk of the Course / Starter Referee (6:45am to 12pm): Mark Harding

Timers (all timers need to be at the pool by 7:30am, regardless of shift). Remember to download the current version of the swimmingly app

Shift 1 (8am to 10am): Daniel Glasser, Kristen Glasser, Ilene Nadji and Jake Gramlich (moved from floater)

Shift 2 (10am to 12pm): Pavel Hoyeu, Nate Crow (moved from floater), Daniel Glasser (moved from floater) and Ben Puetz (moved from false start jumper)

Stroke Judge (all judges need to be at the pool by 7:30am, regardless of shift). remember to download the current version of the swimmingly app
