As many of you know, the Prelims and Finals for the Rocky Mountain Swim League are all next week . We have been assigned several volunteer roles that we need to fill for each event. Each family is responsible for filling one shift. 

The shifts have been loaded into Swimtopia for you to register or you can simply email me the shift you are able to fill.  Priority goes to those that register through Swimtopia.  Email will be on a first come, first serve basis.  If you email and your slot is already filled, I will reassign you. Please try to volunteer for shifts where your kids will be participating. The schedule is as follows:

Monday, July 11^th // Prelim – 13 to 18 Category // Homestead Farms II

Shift 2: 10am to 12pm // Stroke Judge (1)

Shift 3: 12pmto 2pm // Timer (1)

Shift 4: 2pm to 4pm (End) // Scoring (1)

Tuesday, July 12^th // Prelim – 8 & Under Category // Heritage Greens

Shift 1 (8am to 10:30am) // Heating (1)

Shift 2 (10:30am to 1:00pm) // Heating (1)

Shift 3 (1pm to 3:30pm) // Stroke Judge (1)

Shift 4 (3:30pm to 6pm) // Timer (1) and Scorer (1)

Wednesday, July 13^th // Prelim – 9 & 10 Category // Homestead

Shift 1 (8am to 10am) // Stroke Judge (1) and Timer (1)

Shift 4 (2pm to 4pm (end) // Timer (1) and Heating (1)

Thursday, July 14^th // Prelim – 11 & 12 Category // Heritage Greens

Shift 1 (8am to 10am) // Timer (1) and Scoring (1)

Shift 2 (10am to 12pm) // Stroke Judge (1)

Saturday, July 16^th // FINALS – All Categories // Stonegate

Shift 1 (8am to 10am) // Timer (1) and Medals (1)

Shift 3 (12pm to 2pm) // Timer (1)

Shift 4 (2pm to 4pm (end)) // Timer (1)
