Good afternoon Preserve!

I wanted to reach out and begin with congratulating our swimmers on an incredible season. We saw so much growth through each and every swimmer and we are so incredibly proud of the work and effort they put in this season.

Below is all the information you will need for each age group prelims. Please read carefully!

- Please pay attention and refer to the updated practice times posted on the website. With prelims, age groups and practice times will be shifted, so please know your practice times for next week.

- All prelims are estimated to run from 8am-5pm so please bring a lunch and healthy snacks!

- Pack plenty of sunscreen, extra towels, and any cooling devices that your swimmer may need (tents, cooling towels, spray bottles, etc.) It is going to be hot!

- All heat sheets are attached below, and pool maps and other information may be found on the Preserve website

- Please be mindful of parking and ensuring that we leave our designated team space better than we found it

- I will be in attendance at all prelims, so if you have any questions please direct them to me or the parent rep on duty that day

- Finally, please only attend practice after your Prelims if you have made finals. Times for each meet are listed below.

MONDAY: 13-18 PRELIMS ~ COACH JOY, ALANA, NATHAN, JACOB, AVERY

6:30am - Arrive at Homestead Farm II Pool (7675 S Krameria St, Centennial, CO 80112)

• Please meet and check in at the Preserve tent area

6:45-7:05am - Preserve warmups

8:00am - Meet starts

- Coach Peyton and Coach Jin Jin will be on deck at practice

TUESDAY: 8 & UNDER PRELIMS ~ COACH JOY, COACH NATHAN, COACH AVERY

6:10am - Arrive at Cherry Creek Vista Pool (4814 E Links Circle, Centennial, CO 80112)

• Please meet and check in at the Preserve tent area

6:25-6:40am - Preserve Warmups

8:00am - Meet starts

- Coach Alana, Peyton, Jacob, and Jin Jin will be on deck at practice

WEDNESDAY: 9-10 PRELIMS ~ COACH JOY, COACH PEYTON

7:10am - Arrive at Homestead Hurricanes Pool (6767 E Easter Ave, Centennial, CO 80112

7:25-7:40am - Preserve warmup

8:00am - Meet starts

THURSDAY: 11-12 PRELIMS ~ COACH JOY, COACH ALANA

6:10am - Arrive at Heritage Greens Pool (4814 E Links Circle Centennial, CO 80122)

8:00am - Meet starts
