Good evening Preserve! 

Congratulations to all of our swimmers who participated in 8&under prelims! We have so many swimmers who are returning to finals on Saturday for individual and relay events.  

Huge shoutout to the boys 7-8 relay (Joel and Blake Stees, Cyrus Nadji, Ben Buresh, and Saul Hager) who placed FIRST in both the freestyle and medley relay. If you happen to see them, please congratulate them on their hard work. Also, huge congrats to our girls 7-8 relay (Lauren Cafazza, Bea O’Keefe, Mila Lakas, Natalie Wuchner, and Abby Glasser) who placed 11th and 9th in their respective relays. Congratulations ladies! 

This year, only the top 16 will be returning to finals. We understand a lot of swimmers were just on the 16th or 17th place cusp, so please keep an eye out for finals entries/heat sheets. We will send them out as soon as we receive them, hopefully Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. 

Again, we are so proud of everything our 8&unders have accomplished this season, and whether or not they made finals, they gave their all and it made it a HUGE impact. We saw ten, twenty, even THIRTY second time drops. Congratulations swimmers! We love to see your hard work pay off. 

9-10 prelims will be held tomorrow at Homestead. Please check in with the coaches or volunteers at the Preserve tent area at 7:10. Warmups will begin at 7:25. Looking forward to more fast swims! Please reach out if you have any questions. Thank you all again!
