I hope everyone is gearing up for swim season (despite the rainy days this week). As a reminder, we have our first meet (Intersquad) on Wednesday – please register your kids per Kate’s email from earlier this week.

A number of you have reached out about volunteer assignments for each meet. Please find attached a summary of all the volunteer positions for each meet. Please review and make sure you can fulfill the volunteer role you had signed up for. 

If you cannot fulfill the role, it is YOUR responsibility to find an alternate and let me know. At the bottom of the list, you will find the names of people that signed up for roles that have been eliminated but not placed into an alternate spot. I would start with these folks as a replacement. 

I have moved eliminated roles into other roles on the same day, same shift (as best I can but certainly not perfect). If your name is listed below, you shift was moved. Please confirm to me that you can fulfill the assigned role:
