We are excited for the meet this Saturday. Please find below the schedule (with arrival times) and assigned shifts. Please note, Homestead Farms runs a three shift meet. As a result, I had to move around the timer and stroke judging schedule so not to disrupt the meet. Please let me know ASAP, if these changes will work for your schedule. For all other shifts (non-timer/stroke judge), if you cannot fill your shift, you have to find a replacement and let me know.

• Check-in (arrive by 6:45am): Melanie Bondarewicz and Pier Messineo
• Timers (arrive by 7:30am, meet meeting at 7:40am)
• Shift 1 (8am to 10am): Andy Barlow, Maithreye Bupathi, and Ali Nadji
• Shift 2 (10am to 12pm): Caitlin Barlow, Solveig Lawrence, and Ilene Nadji
• Shift 3 (12pm to end): Kristine Theiler, TIMER2 TBD, and TIMER3 TBD
• Stroke Judges (arrive by 7:30am, meet meeting at 7:40am)
• Shift 1 (8am to 10am): Brett Buresh and Molly Spradley
• Shift 2 (10am to 12pm): Kristen Glasser and Sam Elder
• Shift 3 (12pm to end): Molly Spradley and Kristen Glasser
• Heating (arrive by 7:30am, heating starts at 7:50am)
• Shift 1 (events 1 to 45): Cassie Crown and Jake Gramlich
• Shift 2 (events 46 to 90): Katie Shader and Kelly Stees
• Note: I will manage the shift change as staying to our schedule should not be disruptive to the meet
