Away Meet Sat 6/17 @ Homestead Farm II

The weather looks to be cool and possibly wet for tomorrow's meet, so please be sure to bring appropriate warm/dry clothing. Due to chilly temperatures, the meet will be delayed ONE HOUR.

UPDATED Meet Timeline:

• 7:30 am - Pool opens
• 7:45 am – HFII swimmers warm up in pool (7:45-8:15)
• 8:15 am – Preserve swimmers warm up in pool (8:15 - 8:45)
• 8:30 am - Stroke Judge and Starter/Ref meeting at starter table (ALL STROKE JUDGES MUST ATTEND)
• 8:30 am - Scratch Meeting
• 8:40 am - Timer meeting with starter/ref at starter table (ALL TIMERS MUST ATTEND)
• 8:50 am - Piranhas cheer; event heating begins
• 8:55 am - National Anthem
• 9:00 am - Meet begins!

• All swimmers must arrive and check in at Preserve table by 8:20am to avoid being scratched from the meet!! If running late, you may call/text Coach Joy (720-660-0378) or Coach Alana (303-717-3748) to check in by phone.
• Meet scratches: Reminder that last-minute meet scratches impact relays. If you must scratch your swimmer, please be sure to inform Coach Joy or Coach Alana as early as possible.
• Concessions will be available (breakfast burritos, etc.), so come hungry! Cash preferred, but Venmo accepted.
• Meet results will be posted on the SwimTopia app.
• No pets are allowed on the pool deck for any reason.
• Please make sure there is NO PERMANENT MARKER ON THE BACKS OF SWIMMERS. The permanent marker stains our pool chairs, and we cannot get it out. NO “eat my bubbles“ tattoos written on the back.
• Parking is available on the streets around the pool, but please be mindful of driveways.
