Our final meet is scheduled for Saturday, July 8^th (a week this Saturday). Unfortunately, I am not able to be at the meet. Erika Shorter has graciously offered to step in to help coordinate all the volunteer for the meet. As a result, I promised Erika that our parents/volunteers are great a fulfilling their shifts and showing up on time…it will be a piece of cake. Please don’t make a liar out of me. If I am wrong, it will cost me a significant number of wine bottles as compensation to Erika.

With Erika stepping in, I am trying to get as much of the pre-work done so I can fulfill on my promise. Please find below the schedule (with arrival times) and assigned shifts. Please pay close attention to the assignments. The meet involves 3 teams so it is longer and requires a few more logistics. As a reminder, if you cannot fill your shift, you have to find a replacement and let me know.
