Our final meet is scheduled for Saturday, July 8^th (a week this Saturday). Unfortunately, I am not able to be at the meet. Erika Shorter has graciously offered to step in to help coordinate all the volunteers for the meet. As a result, I promised Erika that our parents/volunteers are great a fulfilling their shifts and showing up on time…it will be a piece of cake. Please don’t make a liar out of me. If I am wrong, it will cost me a significant number of wine bottles as compensation to Erika.

With Erika stepping in, I am trying to get as much of the pre-work done so I can fulfill on my promise. We still need the following shifts filled and I have added a couple of floater roles to create go to people for Erika in the event something happens last minute.

Floater

• Shift 1 (8am to 10am)
• Shift 2 (10am to 12pm)
• Shift 3 (12pm to 2pm)
