Piranha Families,

We have a busy week ahead of us with an Intrasquad Meet tomorrow afternoon (May 29th) and our first official dual meet of the season on Saturday (June 1st).  Please read through the information below carefully!

• Swimmers attending the May 29th Intrasquad meet should arrive between 3:30-4pm to be checked in and warm up prior to the start of the meet at 4:30pm.  There will a pizza party for all participating swimmers (starting at 5:30pm). Heat Sheets are attached (they are also posted under the schedule on the website). If your child is not listed on the heat sheet, it's because you did not declare prior to the deadline communicated.  Note, this is a PRACTICE meet and all times are unofficial and will not be reported to the league. Due to the meet, we will not be holding a regular afternoon practice tomorrow.
• Please declare your swimmers NOW for the June 1st dual meet vs Willow Creek II Wahoos.  The deadline to declare is tomorrow, Wednesday, May 29th at 12pm MT.  No entries will be accepted past the Wed deadline, per league rules.  Detailed instructions on how to declare your swimmer are located here: How to Sign Up for Meets
• Sign up to donate concessions for the June 1st home meet HERE! 
• Reminder: your child must swim in a minimum of 2 out of the 5 meets in June in order to be eligible to compete in Prelims in July.
• If you're free Friday evening (May 29th), we'll be gathering for a BYOB Dinner after practice.  Come socialize with your team and help us setup for the home meet the following morning.
• Afternoon practices will continue this week (except on Wednesday). On June 3rd, Piranhas will shift to morning practices until the end of the season.  Please review the Practice Schedule to ensure your child is swimming with their age group's practice time.

• Sat, June 8th away Dual Meet vs. the South Park Dolphins at 8am (2801 West Long Drive, Littleton)
• Pictures & Pancakes, Thursday June 13th, 7:30am-9am. Imagetek Photography will be onsite to take professional photo's of every swimmer!
