Hello Piranha Families!

We are excited to be hosting our first official RMSL dual meet this Saturday morning vs the Willow Creek II Wahoos!  If you are free tonight, bring your dinner to the pool after practice to hang out and help setup for tomorrow's big event (see event banner below).

Heat Sheet, Athlete rosters, and Parent Volunteer roles/timeline are attached, please see timeline below:

Saturday, June 1st Dual Meet Schedule:

• 6:15 am – Pool opens
• 6:45 am – Preserve Team warm ups - 6:45 - 7:15 am (Warm-up optional for 8 & under swimmers due to colder temps expected)
• 7:15 am – WCII team warm ups - 7:15 - 7:45 am
• 7:30 am – Stroke Judge and Starter/Ref meeting at starter/ref post - EVERY STROKE JUDGE MUST ATTEND
• 7:30 am – Scratch Meeting
• 7:40 am – Timer meeting with starter/ref at starter/ref post - ALL TIMERS MUST ATTEND
• 7:50 am – Welcome, team cheer, and start heating through Event 12
• 7:55 am – National Anthem
• 8:00 am – Meet begins!

All swimmers must arrive and/or check in prior to the 7:30am scratch meeting. If you have a last minute issue that prevents you from attending the meet, please email [email protected] ASAP. We are counting on everyone that signed up to be there to help us win (especially if you are on a relay!!).

• We will have breakfast concessions available, including burritos, fruit, sweets, treats, and beverages.  We are still in need of some donations (especially ice!), if you haven't yet signed up to contribute, please do so HERE!  Also, if you have an extra cooler laying around you wouldn't mine donating for the day - please text Marion @ (561) 315-8969.
• Per RMSL guidelines, if the outside temperature is above 55°F the meet must go on. We should be well above that temperature by the 8am kickoff, but please bundle up your kids with plenty of WARM & DRY clothing! 
• To save time at check-in, feel free to tattoo your child with their Event, Heat, and Lane info ahead of time, e.g.:

• Mon, June 3rd: Morning practices begin for Piranhas and Junior Piranhas. Practice Schedule
• DECLARE your swimmer for the Sat, June 8th away Dual Meet vs. the South Park Dolphins at 8am (2801 West Long Drive, Littleton). Detailed instructions on how to declare your swimmer are located here: How to Sign Up for Meets
• Thurs, June 13th, 7:30am-9am. Pictures & Pancakes. Imagetek Photography will be onsite to take professional photo's of every swimmer!
