Hello Piranha Families!

We are excited to be hosting the dual meet this Saturday morning vs the Sundance Hills Sailfish! The theme for the meet is Hawaiian shirt/Beach Party, so feel free to dress for the event.  They have 74 Sailfish swimming vs. our 73 Piranhas, so we need everyone to be there for a chance at a win!  

If you are free tonight, come have dinner at the pool and help setup for tomorrow's big event (see event banner below).

Saturday, June 15th Dual Meet Schedule:

• 6:15 am – Pool opens
• 6:45 am – Preserve Team warm ups - 6:45 - 7:15 am 
• 7:15 am – Sundance Hills team warm ups - 7:15 - 7:45 am
• 7:30 am – Stroke Judge and Starter/Ref meeting at starter/ref post - EVERY STROKE JUDGE MUST ATTEND
• 7:30 am – Scratch Meeting
• 7:40 am – Timer meeting with starter/ref at starter/ref post - ALL TIMERS MUST ATTEND
• 7:50 am – Welcome, team cheer, and start heating through Event 12
• 7:55 am – National Anthem
• 8:00 am – Meet begins!
• Reminder - Junior Piranha minnow race will take place after Event #45 (around 9:45am)

All swimmers must arrive and/or check in prior to the 7:30am scratch meeting. If you have a last minute issue that prevents you from attending the meet, please email thepreservepiranhas@gmail.com ASAP. We are counting on everyone that signed up to be there to help us win (especially if you are on a relay!!).

• We will have breakfast concessions available, including bagels, burritos, fruit, Subway, and beverages. We are still in need of some donations (especially ice bags!), if you haven't yet signed up to contribute, please do so HERE! Also, if you have an extra cooler laying around you wouldn't mind donating for the day - please text Marion @ (561) 315-8969.
• To save time at check-in, feel free to tattoo your child with their Event, Heat, and Lane info ahead of time, e.g.:
