We’re excited to offer two 45-minute stroke sessions with Coach Emily Altier, designed to help swimmers focus on and refine the strokes they’d most like to improve. 4:00–4:45 PM - Swimmers 8 & Under These sessions are a great opportunity for swimmers to receive focused instruction and build confidence in their technique.
